Wears Valley 15K

This race is a must run for those who enjoy some distance. Set in Townsend, Tennessee, the aptly named "Peaceful Side of the Smokies," there isn't a more scenic race venue on the KTC calendar. Late September is a particularly glorious time to visit -- and run -- Townsend and to revel in the splendid harvest decorations for which the area has become famous.
