Sponsorship Opportunities with the Knoxville Track Club

With 2000 members, the Knoxville Track Club is the largest running club in the state of Tennessee as well as one of the top 10 largest clubs in the country. With our size and involvement in the community, a partnership with the Knoxville Track Club provides area businesses as well as national businesses an outstanding opportunity to market products and/or services in Knox County and surrounding communities. By becoming a sponsor, not only do you receive the promotional benefits listed below, you also are able to partner with one of the finest clubs in the country helping us to continue our mission of helping both youth and adults to pursue a lifetime program of physical fitness.

Having reached our 45th birthday in 2008, we have much to celebrate:

A nationally acclaimed magazine Footnotes awarded the best track club publication in the country in 1989, 1994, 2001 and 2005 by the Road Runners Clubs of America.

A nationally acclaimed web page awarded an award as the best track club web page in the country in 2002 by the RRCA.

A year round schedule of 16 long distance events, including the oldest and most prestigious race in the city, the EXPO 10,000.

A major contributor to the community by assisting 30+ non-profit organizations each year with their own events, including the East TN Arthritis Foundation, Tennessee School for the Deaf, Safe Haven Crisis & Recovery Center, and others.

A Youth Athletics Program which serves over 7,000 kids annually in the area of running fitness, track and field and cross country.

A Youth Athletics Competitive Program which has produced 337 AAU / USATF All Americans, 62 National Champions, 12 National Record Holders, 25 NCAA All-Americans, 10 Olympic Trials Qualifiers, 2 US Olympians and is recognized as one of the top Youth Athletics Programs in the US.

A major contributor to area schools by managing the Knox County Middle and Elementary School Cross Country program, the Knox County Elementary School Field Day program, and the source of significant monies to finance the HS Championship meet.

Clinics, training programs, grand prix series, corporate team competition and much, much more.

KTC Sponsorship Packages

Provide space for a full page ad or ads in KTC's nationally recognized magazine Footnotes.
Include the sponsor’s logo on the race t-shirt, in certain cases the exclusive logo.
Include the sponsor’s logo on the race bib numbers.
Include the sponsor’s logo on the entry forms.
Include the sponsor’s logo on the entry form to appear on KTC’s web page www.ktc.org
Provide an opportunity for sponsors to include a flyer in the race packets and mailings.
Include sponsor on the envelope of any mailings for the race.
Provide space for and hang a sponsor’s banner at the finish line and or awards area.
Include sponsor’s logo for a year in KTC’s magazine. Include sponsor’s logo in the postace write-up.
Include sponsor on all TV, radio, and or print media promotions.
Include sponsor’s logo on KTC’s annual calendar for appropriate month.
Provide the opportunity for sponsor to provide product at event.
Invite dignitaries to serve as honorary co-race starter and also assist in the awards ceremony.
Invite sponsor to set up a booth at the race.
Provide for further possible sponsorship promotion at other KTC races throughout the year.
Provide for logo recognition on KTC’s web page with direct link to sponsor’s site.
