List your race on the KTC Event Calendar
Two Options Available:
- Free Basic Listing includes Race Date, Race Time, Race Name, and Contact Information
- $100 Listing includes the Basic Listing information plus a direct link to your race form or website
Course Certification
KTC can measure your course for accuracy and submit the course certification to the USATF for certification.
- $150 for course measurement
- $50 for certification paperwork
Equipment Rental
- $100 Time Clock and Stand
- $50 for Finish Line Materials
- KTC does not offer start/finish line stanchions or cones
Timing Services/KTC Assisted Event
What KTC may provide:

- Initial meeting via phone or in-person to discuss event information
- Labeled bibs for pre-registered participants
- KTC can provide a generic bib for $.25 per bib
- Race day registration assistance
- Instructions for registration volunteers (Race Organizer is responsible for supplying volunteers – not KTC)
- Finish Line equipment including time clock, stand, and air horn
- Timing management and results production
- Free basic listing on KTC Event Website Calendar that includes race name, date, time, and contact information (must be submitted through jotform link)
- Organizers can choose an upgrade at $100 that will provide a link to their registration page or website
Costs:

- Cost is dependent on several items including:
- Race size
- Start / Finish line location
- Cost estimate will be determined after initial consult with KTC Event Manager
- All event organizers must sign an agreement prior to KTC beginning work on the event
